I loved the location in central NY. We appreciated the cleaning staff and the welcome received by some members of staff. I choose Hilton because is one of my favourite hotels worldwide. The only reason why I am rating this hotel high was thanks to the cleaning service and above to their supervisor: Verenice, who after hearing our query she didn't hesitate to knock on our door and help us, making our stay more comfortable and relaxed. Please say thank you to Verenice, Adriana and all the cleaning service on my behalf, their help was much appreciated by me and my mum!

Room was very well organized for a New York room size, small but enough storage I like to lay out my clothes in drawers and hangers felt comfortable.

The location was great. Walkable to Times Square and Central Park. Food, convenience stores, and shopping all close by. The customer service was amazing! Everyone so so helpful and friendly. We checked out and went to the train station to find out our train was delayed 3.5 hours. They let us come back to the hotel and store our luggage there so we could enjoy the city instead of sitting in the train station. We will definitely be back!

We liked the view from our room on the 31st floor and the adjoining Empire Steak Restaurant. However, we most enjoyed the outstanding friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff at the front desk. In particular, Priscilla was in my 40 years of travel the most outstanding, "bend over backwards" individual with a matching outstanding personality. She greatly assisted in making my whole family's experience at the Hilton Garden extremely memorable.

The room was very spacious for NYC and had a very comfortable king sized bed! They were also so wonderful and picked me as a VIP guest where I received free snacks and water, and included a towel animal on my bed. The bathroom was also a good size with a spacious standing shower with good water pressure, and there was plenty of counter space and fresh towels. The breakfast was really great! It was in Empire Steakhouse and a nice buffet with eggs, omelets, pancakes, bacon, potatoes, pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels/toast, and juice and coffee options.

Rooms were very small but in great shape and tastefully decorated. Every staff person we encountered was super warm and friendly. Little details like soft kleenex and bathroom tissue (even some expensive hotels use the cheap stuff) nice soap, and excellent soundproofing helped a lot. The view from our 31st floor room was great! And we loved that we could open the windows.

Great location! Clean rooms. Book a room on a lower level to avoid the elevator wait :). Back side of the building is quiet with windows that open.

The view was amazing. Rooms are good size, bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed. location’s great! It was very clean and staff was very nice! I particularly enjoyed seeing Kerim who was very kind and considerate!
