Hilton Garden Inn New York Central Park South-Midtown West

Good: I don't know whey people are saying bad things about the staff and the room size. I thought the staff were delightful and the rooms (I was in a standard king) were more than generous for NYC standards. I think my room was 200+ SF and had all that you'd need. Kimberly, at the front desk, was especially helpful. Good gym as well. Also - maybe the best thing - other than HVAC (see below), it is a very quiet room. I didn't hear neighbors or outside noise at all. Even when they were vacuuming right outside the room, I could barely hear it.

The hotel is very well located for both attractions and subway stations. Staff are pleasant, and rooms are well sized and clean. Plenty of food options nearby.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very accommodating. My partner dropped his coffee in the hotel lobby and after we cleaned it up a member of staff came over to us and handed a $10 voucher to replace the coffee. Small acts of kindness go along way.

Spacious room, helpful staff and amazing, central location

Amazing location right beside Central Park and Times Square, but not right in the middle with all the noise. The room was great and just what we needed
